I stopped at Napa to have battery checked (battery good), went to start and would barely crank, tried again and barely cranked, went to try third time and nothing, so put on new starter and still no power to starter, I checked all fuses, wires in back of TIPM, everything looks good. I can jump across the solenoid and engine cranks but won’t start, so it’s like whatever is keeping starter from working also won’t let the engine fire (fuel pump is working) when I checked old starter would not turn at all did it short out something in tipm or am I missing something

 

Check your main grounds. Sometimes just a ground wire coming loose can cause a power issue.
