Guys, I've read all the posts about the funny "ticking" "exhaust leak" sound coming from the Metalic Type CAI's. I myself have the Mopar one and couldn't stand that annoying noise. I came close to pulling mine, but chased the problem down and found the fix. I designed an EGR Baffle that silences the noise, but allows enough flow thru the EGR so that we don't get any check engine lights. I spent a good amount of time trying different configurations and finally found one that works perfectly. I had 15 baffles manufactured.
