They have a similar shape, but that's about it. Do you really think that we (Dodge) would copy some foreign wanna-be truck?

First of all, you guys need to relax. My whole point is the shape is similar, which I think you see as well. Some of the goobers on here are getting down to the "angle at which the headlight projects from the hood line, and the Dodge has a 2 degree smaller incline." Who cares? I don't. What I'm saying is the general shape is similar.

If you look at the headlights for 2006 models for Ford (rectangular), Chevy (cat eyes), Dodge, Nissan and Toyota (rectangular), the Dodge and Nissan will match closest. Personally, I don't think Dodge "copied" Nissan. Dodge just realized the old headlights were crappy and didn't provide a large enough projection, so they changed to a larger setup. Do I like the new headlights, yeah I think it provides a more agressive look to the truck. But to say there is "absolutely no similarity between the headlights of Nissan and Dodge" is to be stubborn.

I dont think they look alike at all. The shapes are barely even close. Im sure you can compare headlights on a million cars and over half of them are close in shape, I mean come on, does it really matter. I could see if they were like exactly copied but most headlights are pretty much rectangular to begin with.

Anyone else notice how the 2006 Ram has the same headlights as the Titan?
Maybe...but I haven't started drinking yet!

I think they are pretty similar. When you turn them on, you can see in the dark.

No kidding! I added some aftermarket lights to my grille guard because the stock lights suck - unless you have your brights on. In which case, you'll **** everyone off.
