I agree w/ you. I think the thing that make's it look like it's lower, is the side-step bars. They make my truck look a lot lower than it is.

What makes it look smaller is the stock tires. If he had 35's on there, it would make it look bigger. 4x4 Rams sit high anyway - compared to 1/2 tons from Chevy and Ford. In my opinion, you notice a lift on a Chevy or Ford more, because the stock versions look lower than a Ram. Don't get me wrong, a Ram with a 6" lift is definitely noticeable. But the wheels and tires play a big role as well.
