rear axle brek in for new ram
got 05 ram with 3000 miles on it and getting ready to tow with it . is there any brek in requirement for the rearend
hope its not like nissan titan (50 miles stop cool ,50 miles stop cool for 5000miles!!)
by the way i will start light but going up to 8000-8500 lbs 24 ft car hauler

You're good to go by DC specs. When I towed for the first time, I was sure to avoid full throttle starts from a stand still, not that I would do that any way. I just got it nice and easy up to the desired speed and kept it there. Make sure you turn the O/D off with the tow/haul button. Also, I always make sure there is 89 in the tank when I tow to prevent pinging in hot weather. Haven't had any problems with my truck, but I've only been towing up to about 5500.
