Pure snake oil. ANYTHING (other than a REAL turbo of course - not one of those hair dryer jobs) in the way of the incoming air will reduce the flow and reduce power.

the best part of that site was the hot chick on the ricer magazine cover. LOL.
I am working on using a series fo case cooling fans (12v) to go under my superstack TB spacer to help the forced air induction system. Im also mounting a window unit Air Conditioner uner hood to cool the air going into the airbox, that is going to be sweet, I just have to set up the drip tube for condensation.........
