Wondering which on is better, cheaper, etc. Where to buy at best price?

I have a 2005 dodge ram qc hemi. It has dual magnaflows now. Wife hates anything that makes noise, i love it loud. So i am going to put my factory exhaust back on. I want to buy a cutout to put befor the muffler, after the cats.

1. I guess I need the 3" cutout?

2. If you have the cutout closed, with factory exhaust. Will it sound factory quiet? Or does the cutout leak or create more volume while in the closed position?

3. Which brand to buy, why, and where?
