Did a few mods on my truck last night.
Decided it was time to crank my torsion bars... 6 full turns on the passenger side, 5 full turns on the drivers side... Gained 1.5" (went from 37.5 to 39") the rear is sitting 40" so the truck looks pretty darn level now, and it handles really really well... I'll have to get an alignment this week, it was pulling to the right even before I cranked the bars, so... Now that the bars are cranked, I notice it even more.
Secondly, I dropped the stock muffler and put on a 3" in / 3" out glasspacks muffler. I LOVE IT! It only cost me $50CAD to have the old exhaust removed, new exhaust welded on, new hanger bars made and welded, and the muffler itself didn't cost me anything.
If you recal, I ran over my camera last time I was working on my truck, so I have no way to take pictures or video clips right now... But as soon as I find a way to get a sound clip of this thing, I will post it.

Do your shocks bottom out now that you've cranked the bars? I've heard some people say that you have to get new shocks afterwards. I plan on cranking the bars myself in a few weeks and didn't want to have to buy shocks if it's not necessary.
sweet deal. Are there any noticeable differences in how it rides/handles? Maybe I'll bring my camera along next weekend so you can post your pics and vids, and probably update your sig.
I have hit some parking lot entrances with about 1 foot of incline fairly hard, and I still haven't managed to top out the shocks... I've only been driving it 2 days now... But it seems to handle even better with the bars cranked... I'll post again if I manage to top out of the shocks.
Also, it's VERY loud, and I love it. Quite honestly, at 2000rpm the drone would drive you frickin' insane if you had to listen to it for more than a few minutes at a time... Luckily, once you get up to speed and are sitting between 1000-1500rpms... It's barely noticeable, radio easily overpowers any drone...
With the windows open, there's no drone at all... And when you get anywhere between 3000-6000rpm accelerating hard, it's like music to my ears...
Hopefully in the next few days... Whyte69 here will bring his digital camera and we'll make some movies and take some pictures and audio clips.

Have you had any moisture accumulation issues with your headlights since you did the side marker removal deal? Im thinking about doing it to mine(nice write up) and was worried about moisture.
