Default Quick torsion bar question..?

Got to turn the bars tomorrow cause my new tires and wheels will be here wednesday? Question is should I measure from the ground to the bottom of the fender or from the center of the wheel to the bottom of the fender? Also, wouldn't it be a good idea to make sure both tires have the same amount of air? Hopefully I won't need new shocks. Thanks

I measured from the top of the tire to the fender. Either way, I don't it really matters. I turned mine about 6 turns, and got an additional 1.5" from it. One thing I noticed is that the steering doesn't like to center at slow speeds. But you would feel the same thing with larger/stickier tires also. Having the correct tire pressure is always important, even if your not changing the T-bars. So, yes, make sure you have the same pressure. Hope that helps.
