Looking to get nerf bars for my truck, regular cab, black 05 ram. I will be tintin the windows.. Should I go with a stainless steeel bar or a black bar?? Just wondering what you all think would look better and if you have any suggestions let me know... Thanks..Dennis

 

Is your truck a sport package or a regular? Plus what rims do you have?

 

Sport package, black bumpers, grill, 20inch wheels...

 

Since the only polished parts you have are your rims, I'd say go with some polished stainless steel bars. Would break up the "plain-ness" of the black. Not that I don't love a "blacked out" truck. But the polished bars would brighten it up a bit.

 

I went with chrome, but i have nice rims, and a chrome grill guard, since yours is all black, i might go with the black motiff. Either will look good on a black truck though.

 

I agree with motorhead. I think the chrome would kind of help the trim. However if you want more of a bad@ss look, all blacked out is kinda sweet.
