It used to be there were only a couple of brands for the hemi, but now there are more to choose from. The Dynatech setup is nice, but more than I want to spend. The JBA and Bassani headers on http://www.rpmoutlet.com are nice, but I can't decide which is better. The Bassani has a extractor collector that looks cool. I need some input guys. Which has a good amount of power increase, and if it matters... was any brand header easier or more difficult to install? BTW, my truck is a 2005, 4x4, Hemi auto. I'm also open to any other brand/model of headers. thanks for the help.

 

Your telling me no one has headers on their hemi? I find that hard to believe, lol.

 

I'm ruuning the Edelbrock TES with the Ti-Tech coating...the install was a pain, because I don't have air tools. I also replaced the cat with a Catco high-flow...the stock cat was clogging up the engine...it was a must! I'm very happy with the performance...the response is great! They really woke the engine up! The Dynatech looks awesome, but way over priced. I hope this helps.

 

Hi, I've got a 05 Power Wagon 5.7hemi and I was wondering the same thing? I want to get a headers and a cat back exhaust(I'm in Ca. can't use high-flow cats no carb#) I was thinking of getting the JBA headers(have them sent to get Jet coated inside/out-I heard this drops engine compartment temp quite a bit?) and Flow-Master Cat back?
