i got my 2005 QC in october and it came with the drop in bedliner which looks pretty cool and i never haul anything so it doesnt really bother me for the quality of it holding up under pressure. ONE thing i am worried about though is that i live in Daytona Beach, FLorida and there is alot of wind coming from the ocean blowing in all that sand and salt through the air[:'(], and plus it rains ALOT over here too, so i know a person (with a '03 Chevy Silverado SS, that keeps on wanting to race my lil 4.7L[:@]...startin to **** me off, wish i had a hemi with SOME mods so i can shut that ***** up...anyways) in this area that says when the sand gets underneath the drop-in and it starts to move back and forth, grinding the sand into my paint, once it gets down to the bare metal its gonna rust when it decides to rain[:'(].

I need some thoughts about this, and if this has happened to you, or if you know someone that this has happened to. My uncle has a 2003 RC with the line-X and it looks and works great for him so i might think of doint that.

ALso im thinking about putting a fiberglass tonneau on it (once i find an over the rail for a decent price) so if that makes any difference let me know that too.

Thanks alot,
-David

I had LINE-X done under rails and it was about $380.00 w/ lifetime warranty. Love it haven't had a problem. I see people w/ Rhino Liner and after a while when you rub your thumb on it or put something heavy in the bed it starts to rub off in liitle black *****. So I am happy w/ my purchase.

Linex over-the-rails for $400. Just the normal black to match the paint. Looks great even with the soft tonneau.

I think I got used. I bought a Line-X, but paid $539. They did a great job. Its over the rail, and the tailgate portion drops down in line with the rear spoiler. Still it seems like I may have paid too much for it. I have hauled some small things and it doesn't slide at all. I like it. Just wish it didn't coast so much.

I got a color matched rhino liner, not colored one but it was matched to the paint and it looks great! I've loaded all kinds of junk in it and its been great. I've seen other do it yourself liners and they suck compared to the spray in liners

My two cents

Going with the Line-X bed liner. Will cost $525.00 for over the rails. I also want to get the rocker panels done too. Get this, I called two Line-X dealers and both quoted me at $725.00 for JUST THE ROCKER PANELS. Their reason for the high cost is the prep work that has to be done. They say, we have to cover everything under and over the truck plus the inside of the doors. Wish this could be done cheaper?

I believe somebody on here said they had the rockers done for less than $400.00.
