Part Number Help

I am looking for the part number for the trailer hitch bolt cover used on early third generation Rams. Iâ€™ve been to two dealers trying to order or buy one and they canâ€™t find the part number. This is the â€œdogboneâ€ shaped plastic cover for the rear bumper. Picture attached.
