Default Towing Mirrors

I was wanting to know if anybody has these mirrors for their truck and if they are a good direct bolt on.
Mopar Part-No. 82207298 I figured they would be seeing how they are a mopar part.
Thanks for any info.

The ones that are in the picture look like OEM. You can also take a look at our vendors or here for OEM parts numbers to match up with the ones on E-Bay, which include the mirrors you are looking for.

Personally, unless you have an extremely wide trailer, the regular mirrors work fine for me.

My dad has the towing mirrors, and they are real nice. It really helps when he is towing, and they look good too.

I've been thinking of making the switch on my '06 to those too. Traded in an F250 that had trailer mirrors on my Ram, which was a good move overall, but I just can't cope with these little mirrors!

Anyway, I didn't get power mirrors on this truck and I'm wondering is the wiring to convert to power already in the doors or will I need to do wiring if I make the change? I know I'll obviously have to add the controls.

Yea, I got them. It was a "have to get" item when I ordered my 06 Ram. I love them. They are great in the down position like pictured in my sig below. I dont think I will even have to fold them out when towing my 21' Bass boat. They eliminate any blind spot and are beefy looking and fit the scale of the truck.

I got them on my 05 QC Lamamie w/ HEMI and they are great even for general driving. When towing they are beyond great. The wide view mirror that is on the corner is great for those tight parking places and they are great on the freeway. There is no such thing as a blind spot with those puppies.

I have the towing mirrors on mine. Absolutely love them too. Pulling a 30 foot camper, those mirrors made a world of difference when flipped out wide. They are awesome when they're folded in too. The note about helping to back into parking spots is right on, they make it a breeze.

We got the stock flip up to tow mirrors. I'm assumin' those do the same, looks like it. They are awesome! You can flip 'em up an' tow like the semis do and flip 'em down so you can see what's just behind ya. They really work great and they are much better than the 1500 ones.
