Default Chrome 20" wheel problem

While polishing my wheels today, I noticed that the chrome is bubbling near the crotch area of the spokes. Has anyone else had this problem, and is it covered by warranty? I think it should be covered, but just wanna know if this is a common occurence before I go to the dealership.

Only way to truely know is to read the fine print of the manufacture warranty. Most wheels come with standard one year finish warranty and lifetime from structure defects.

Well, I went to the dealer today, and they said they definately should not be bubbling. They are gonna order new ones for me in about a month. The service manager said he is on wheel "lock-down" from Dodge right now, for replacing too many. He said he will be able to order them in about a month after Dodge gets off his back. I was told I could go to another dealer, and they can replace them immediately, but the next nearest dealer is about an hour and a half away.
