Default waurentee

I have 32000 miles and the 3/36 bumper to bumper + 7/70 power train on my '03 ram 1500 Hemi. The question is should I extend my waurentee and for how long / mileage? It will be at least $1000 +.

Personally I don't believe I am going to extend my warranty as the 7/70 covers all the so called "important stuff" like engine, tranny and drivetrain. I don't drive too heavy either, only 16k miles on my 03.

I may be eating these words in 5 years when my warranty goes out and I blow a tranny and engine and my electrical goes hay-wire, but I'm hoping this will not happen

I plan to extend mine, when it is almost up. The main reason being that I do not want to deal with any possible problems down the road.
