Fuel overflow when filling
I've got the same problem with an '05 at almost every gas station I go to. Haven't figured it out either, yet, but I did find one gas station nearby where this never happens. Don't know if they have crappy pumps/equipment or what, but I keep going there so I don't ruin my paint.
05 here, no issues.
I think we should also state which tank we have. I have the 26 gallon, could the issue be realted to the 36 or whatever the step up from the 26 is?
My Viper is a pain though, you have to pump it slow!

I have an 04 and this happened once at a crappy older citgo station. Since then I go to a local racetrac and I don't have this problem as long as I shove the nozzle all the way in. Give it to her good and she won't talk back!
2006 here with no problems with it. but also i have noticed with my 34 gal tank that when the pump clicks and shuts off not to put a penny more or oit spews out under the truck. but thats about all i've noticed with my truck
i have the same problem, on my '04 i just thought it was my falt for "topping off" but i looked at my inlet and i noticed that there was no flap like in most gas inlets to keep people from stilling gas I'll have to go to the dillership and see what they can do.
I have a 2004 w/34 gallon tank and have had similar experiences on occassion. Mostly, I discovered that I had to put the fill lever on the first notch (slowest fill rate) and let the handle hang down so it pushed the nozzle up against the top of the fill tube. When I held the handle and pointed the nozzle downward during the fill, I would almost always get a spill. Oh yeah. And I always stop after the first cut-off. Most of the time I can see the gas in the fill tube. Might help...
