Dodge 2004 1500 4x4 question - P0308
I have a 2004 dodge Ram 4.7L 4x4 1500. Dodge always continues to be a great truck. Never had a lick of problems till lately. Since I drive 180miles a day. The truck coded with a P 0308 Cylinder # 8 misfire.
I took into Dodge, and they checked the plug wires, checked the code issue. They said it was running rich, and cleaned the fuel rail. Also tuned it up. Truck ran great as always for 2 weeks, now it coded again same issue P0308. Been raining and damp here in Illinois.
Not sure what the problem could be:
A. plug wires?
B. Coil (pack)?
C. O2 Sensor?
D. ????
Wondering if anyone may have a answer to this one.
I appreicate everyones assistance.
Thanks
Lew
