Steve Dulcich's experiments with Hemi cams
plus his quick test of factory cast iron manifolds versus TTI long primary tube headers
is worth a read...

You can swap the 6.1L Hemi cam and heads right on to your 5.7L. You should also get some bee hive springs to go along with the combo. With all the other bolt on's you will be right into the 13's. Get the Superchimps programmer and some slicks too. You got money???

Hey Richie...just got on here...Cody ...haha

anyways...what Hemi345 said is very true. With a full exhaust (l.t. headers), good intake, superchimps and the 6.1 cam you should be in the 13's decently.

In reference to the 4.56's... if you have the 3.92 l.s. rear-end then you should be just fine with the jump to 4.56 but if you have the 3.55 you may only want to do 4.11's or whatever, but i would just say hell with it and go 4.56!

Do NOT fear the gear!

Don't forget the 17 inch wheels. The 20's aren't the best for drag racing.

BTW, Sup dude?!?!?

I also have an ST HEMI. The only options were 3.92 gear and posi. (And cloth seats, lol)
I thought I had the only one. Guess not. Bone stock with a 200lb. shell on the back and a
280 lb. driver it ran a 15.15 @ 88mph
