Default 3.7 Re-Gear

Hey Y'all, I am looking at doing a regear from 3.55 to 4.10. If any of y'all have done it already can you please tell me the results. I have a standard and am looking for some more "kick" in 5th as well as through the rest of the gears. (it's an 02 so it's only a 5 speed). I've also heard that this will improve MPG, I'm already getting 18 highway (because of the tires) But every little bit helps! Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Thanks Ramon. I'm looking forward to getting it done. I am going to get rid of the throttle body spacer, I'm also going to replace the throttle body with a fastman 65mm. I love the 40 series. It sounds better than most V8's I've come across, it sets of car alarms everywhere I go, and I've been told I can be heard long before I arrive. I'm not sure what ricey sound people talk about, I've never had a problem with the sound.

I just purchased a 06 with a V-6, 6 Speed Trans and it has 3.22 rear end gears I was thinking of 3.73 with stock size tires ? won't 4.10 a bit to steep and If I went with 4.10 what kind of RPM's Are you turning at 70 MPH thats most of the HWY speeds around here are I would like some more bottem end but I do mostly HWY driving.

As of now I turning 2100 RPM at 70 MPH in 6th gear I dont want to be turning to many RPM'S and lose my MPG.

And if I do regear will this make any engine or anit lock Brake lights come on will I need to worry about the tone ring.
