I would like to replace my factory speakers and I kinda guess the rear speakers require the back storage to be taken out followed by the side panels but the front door speakers I have no idea how to get to. Hs anyone paced thiers ?

 

Very simple. First, remove the inside door handle using a 10mm socket or torx head screwdriver. Then remove the philips head screws (1 behind the door handle, 1 at the top front of the door panel, and 2 at the very bottom of the panel) and lift up and out on the door panel. Don't pull too far until you unclip the wires for the power windows/locks. Now you can get to your speaker. Make sure you use the retaining ring that is clipped to the factory speaker when installing your new speaker.

 

Was I right about the rear 5 1/4 speakers ?

 

The front speakers are 6x9 in the QC doors.

 

You have a regular cab....correct? If so, then yes you were right.
