Two things, get rid of the visor and definitely go with better rims and bigger tires! The truck would look fine if those two things were done.

Agreed. The visor is definetly ugly, as is the hood.

The real trick is, if he's going to spend the money, make it on stuff you would want later Maybe a new sound system and a Mopar hood scoop would be a good start.
