SERVICE 2003 4.7
I JUST PURCHASED MY BABY SHE IS A 2003 4.7 2WD HAS 47000 MILES AND WAS LOOKING FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT ALL TO DO. I AM ALREADY CHANGING THE DIFF FLUID, OIL CHANGE, BRAKE FLUSH ANY OTHER SUGGETIONS

Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to DF!
As far service items, may I suggest
1. Change the tranny fluid.
2. New spark plugs/wires.
3. Check the air filter.
4. Check all of the fittings for the power steering lines and cooling lines. If fluids are nasty, change them out as well.
5. Wash/wax.
6. Enjoy.

Yes, you should change it as well. I prefer the dealership to do this service as it is only $130 and they change all the fluid and the filter for me.
Also, please turn off the cap lock, it seems like you are yelling
