Sun visor problem help

Hey guys, My passanger side Sun Visor works it's way down on it's own, well with all the windows open, and i'm getting tired of pushing it up. I don't see a tightening screw like most other vehicles I have had, they are the sliding type visors. N-E-1 know somthing about this problem

Same this happend to mine. The dealer had to install a new one

I just replaced my drivers side visor a week ago... it would keep hitting me in the head... Now I have a NEW one, it took 2 minutes to install.
