My seats are dark grey with the light greay suede inserts with the dodge emblem on them, it is an 05 and used to be a corporate show truck. The ones they haul around to show off the vehicle. Only had 27 miles and was perfect.

 

My 2005 has leather, with khaki pillars and ceiling... I also never even noticed or cared until somebody else pointed it out...

 

I have an 06 Mineral Gray QC. The seats are gray and the headliner and pillars are a lighter gray. I too would think the khaki would look odd.
