I actually called my local dealer to ask about any warranty issues with a cold air intake and after-market exhaust. The CAI is fine, and so is an exhaust as long as it's install behind the catylitic (sp?) converter.

Unless your service dept can explain how a CAI would cause a rattle in the door, or your power steering pump to fail - I think your alright.
