Default bed removal, how hard?

05 qc, how hard is it going to be to get my bed off? i don't need to take it completely off.. just slide it back about 2 inches in order to access the area between bed and cab. i've read there's only 4 bolts, 90 lbs when putting them back in, and that they are from the bottom going upward. one thing i don't know though is how the nut is fastened on the other end of those bolts. are they recessed down in the bed so that you don't have to be on both sides to tighten/loosen? the reason i would ask this is because i have a bed liner in and would very much like not to have to take it out.

thanks

I have taken beds off of two trucks and never had to worry about the bolt spinning. I am sure all you have to do it remove the nut from below and not worry about the top spinning.

If you want to move 2" you will have to take off the fill hose going from your gas opening to your tank, there will not be 2" of play there. I am guessing the rear light wires will have 2" of slack.

Oh if you have the rear wheel well linders those have screws you will need to take out to.
