She's god to go. I've towed during the heat of a GA summer and it barely budged. You have nothing to worry about. Also, the oil gauge is a "dummy" gauge. As long as the computer senses that the oil pressure is within range, it will stay in the middle and doesn't fluctuate.
The new engines are designed to run at certain temps to make the lean burn control as efficient as possible. You won't see it move around much, summer or winter. Perhaps if you were towing something at the max weight and up and down hills, it might run warmer, but if you ever see it jump up substantially compared to normal, its time to check it out.
