Cabin vent?

Does anyone know where the cabin pressure relief vent is on a 2003 1500 quad? It is the vent that allows air to escape when you close the door or the airbags deploy. Mine doesn't seem to be working.

Should be in the rear wall of the cab behind the trim upholstery. You will need to remove the rear cab trim panel/upholstery to access it.
