Yes, it's a 5-45rfe trans. That's a 5 speed 45rfe. The regular 45rfe's were only 4 speeds. And actually, there are some "prime" gears in there too so you've got about 7 gears on that bad boy. lol

It has a "lock out" for the torque converter as well.
I thought that second gear had two modes in the 5 speed box.
One for towing/nailing it, the other standard for economy.
