Leveling my truck

I've got an 06' 1500 Hemi QC 4x4, I'm thinking about leveling my truck. What are the advantages and disadvantages? Will it viod my warranty?

IT SHOULD NOT VOID YOUR WARANTY AND I DON'T KNOW OF ANY DISADVATAGES BUT THE BETTER GROUND CLEARANCE IS AWSOME I AM GONNA DO MY 2WD.
