Can you please list your mods and the cost of each and timeslips if you have them. I wanna see what the best mods for these trucks are.

 

If you want one of the biggest bangs do not mess around and supercharge.

 

if u want power then supercharge if u dont care about engine life but if you want the motor to last then strengthen the motor before u do. In doing this, the whole thing costs about 3,000 more but the motor will last a hell of alot longer.

 

I saw someone on here running a 13.2 with nitrous.

 

Are you asking for the fastest or the quickest? Fast indicates top speed, quickness indicates timed distances. At least in my mind. I know the SRT-10 from the factory is rated at like 155mph, drag limited.

 

Considering that he asked for people to post their timeslips... I am just going to presume he means the quickest... :P :P :P

I know, I reread my post and I apologize for coming off sounding like an a$$. Believe me, that was not my intention, so I apologize.[sm=sorry.gif]

I was just curious, because I read an interesting article about top speed the other day and how the HP has to be almost exponential when it comes to top speed for a vehicle. I forget where I saw the article, but it was interesting nonetheless. I was going to correlate that with a theoretical value of unspecified HP that the block is capable of. Anyone know what the 5.7L block can take? There have been some to claim they have gotten there truck to 130+mph with the Superchips on a long staight stretch of road. That is with 345+hp. Then I stopped to think about how the 500+hp SRT-10 is rated at 155. It will take gobs more hp to get going faster than that, not to mention the distance of good clear road to get going that fast.

Also, I really don't think that this is the site for Super Hemi's. There is another, but I don't like advertising for other forums. There are many speed freaks over there with lots of info on going fast. I'm sure you know the one.

 

Well the Fastest Truck that i can think of right now is Hennessey's Twin Turbo Venom 1000 Srt -10 it runs like 10's its a beast

since i live by his shop and go out to his drag strip i c his cars quite often his truck can beat Mercedes Mclaren SLR

right now my friends dad has his chrysler 300c srt-8 there getting 550 hp w/o a turbo or supercharger cant wait till he gets it back we will be at the track
