03 Ram 1500 wiring help needed

Water got in my boat trailer right tail-light and now my trailer tow right turn relay stays constant hot. I was able to find out the relay is fed by fuse number 47 but I need help in locating/replacing this relay. Any help is greatly appreciated. -Jim
