Hi, im new with a 03 hemi ram and i am getting the aero turbine muffler but what i need to know is should i get the exhaust tip they offfer or just get the standard 3 inch chrome tip that most exhaust shops offer, i think its called an echo chamber or something. Does it really matter?

It'll make a huge difference in sound...the kind of tip, and the size of it.

It won't affect performance though...unless you go with a 1/2" tip

what do most you hemi dudes get in terms of exhaust tips?

I had stainless steel put on mine. Chrome tips will not look good in the long run.

Unfortunately I don't have a HEMI but I went with 4 " tips. Gave truck a nice tone and look sweet (not ricey). Two 4 " tips look about right on our big trucks IMHO.

I have the 4 1/2" 18" long Magnaflow stainless tips on my truck. They make the flowmaster echo for miles, ...They give an aggressive, deep sound. The neighbors hate me. I couldn't imagine why.
