Saw Nick, got the PW!
$30....awesome...Nick was a pleasure to do business with and even installed it and helped me reset the PCM...very customer oriented and great to talk to...the PW is awesome, you can feel it working! Thanks man!!!
Im glad you like it... Now try to drive with a light foot and let that POWER WIRE save you some gas... You should see 1-2MPG increase if you can keep your foot out of it.

Can somone explain to me what this PW (power wire?) is/does?

What does this do? This causes the PCM to ADVANCE the timing which in turns makes more power. Back in the day, one way to make more power on a carburated engine was to advance the timing... because our modern engines do NOT have a distributor we need to trick the PCM to do the timing advance for us. The POWER WIRE is set up so your PCM will NOT know its there and there for will NOT adjust and counter the effects. The Average gain is 10RWHP and most people see 1-2MPG increase after installing the POWER WIRE on there 3rd Gen Ram (under a light foot).
Here is a PICTURE of the "POWER WIRE" & AIT MOD wire:

Above you see the POWER WIRE and the AIT MOD wire... The AIT MOD wire is somthing new I have been working on and can be used to fit your own resistor or POT resistor (Adjustable) in line... so there are NO wires to cut.
The POWER WIRE is below it and is a direct "PLUG & PLAY" mod.
I see.
But wouldn't the truck think the engine is running colder than it should therefore puts out more gas trying to warm it up?

At WOT the PW will add approximately 2% more fuel... but thats at WOT... So if your looking for better fuel economey then you really should not be at WOT anyways... but that additional 2% more fuel does help make the additional advertised 10HP .
