I own a superchips reprogrammer for my Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi and wondered, with the new online update flashpaq has i can now change the WOT RPM of 1-2 and 2-3...or something like that... I'm looking for information on what that will do and what would be the best settings performance wise for my truck.

 

Nobody can help me out with an answer or some advice.

I am no expert but I have a superchip and downloaded the Version 48. I have been playing with it all week.
Go to flashpaq.com and download it. You have to download the software, hook up your tuner to your computer, then pull down the updates.
You will now have the ability to adjust the 1-2 and 2-3 shiftpoints.
As far as the best setting goes, you sorta have to find out what you like the best. I maxed out everything and drove it. It was "neck snapping"
Then I set it to the lowest setting,it shifted too early for me. Then again to the middle, and so on.
After all of the "testing" I have my 1-2 shiftpoint at 5810 RPM's. I have not set my 2-3 shift point yet.
It is pretty fun playing around with it.
