So besides the hood scoop and the rear spoiler whats the difference between the Datona series and the SLT Rams? Is there a big horse power gain between the two cause I know the Daytona has the same 5.7L hemi that I got in my Ram 1500. I ask cause one of my co-workers is thinking of buying one and thinks alot more powerfull than the SLT version I have.

 

Still has the same 345hp Hemi you have.
The only way to get a more powerful model is to jump up to a Ram SRT-10.

well actually besides that there are just a few suttle differences, like the daytoma on the inside of the doors, same color console and loaded interior, not much different though

 

Only the daytona on the doors then, I have matching trim in my QC Laramie.

 

Just cosmetic, nothing else.

They also have a Borla exhaust with two pipes instaed of just one but they did not change the advertised claims of 345hp although it might have an extra 5.

 

Well from what Ive read (if I understood this correctly) they have the borla tips not the full exhaust system. I was driving next to one the other day and couldnt hear any difference between my stock exhaust the daytonas next to me.
