I'm getting 12.4mpg city driving right now. I have an 06 hemi 1500 TRX4 regular cab. I only have about 1500 miles on the truck right now. I started out with about 8 or 9 mpg around town when it was brand new with very few miles. The mpg seems to be getting better with more mileage on the truck in my case.

yeaa i took all of your advice, I reset the computer....drove a lot less lead footed and I got around 12 in town....and 18 on the highway. Pretty much it was all heavy footed off the start and passing too many cars [8D] air filter...is rather clean. But yea i know i didnt buy the truck for the gas mileage entirely...its just got that sick mean look to it. And if your gunna drive a 6800lb truck....you gotta expect what your gunna get on gas. The trucks awesome the only things i have to complain about it is the lag in the trans, the closeness of the seats to the door, and the sketchy jumpyness you get when you hit potholes or bumps when goin around corners. But thats nothing a sway bar kit cant help. Transmission is nothing more than a hyperchip...and the seats...well ill just have to live with that. besides that I love my truck!!

I just topped off my tank for the first time on my '06 4x4 Hemi Mega Cab. I went 374 mi. and used 26.7 gallons of gas which equals 14 mpg. Combination of city and highway driving. Second half of those miles I had a 4.5' lift installed with 33' tires. Just had a Magnaflow muffler installed and waiting for my drop in K&N filter.
