03 Hemi headers...
Who makes the best hemi headers??? I wanna get some...does anybody make some that bolt straight up to the fact. exhaust? I also noticed that there are headers just for 03s, and ones for 04-05, and some for 03-06. Whats the diff??
I love my Dynatechs. The kit is complete and install only took a few hours. No hacking or cutting. If my truck doesn't sell I'll be putting them right back on there.
I think the main difference from '03 to the change in the '04 design has something to do with the fuel lines. The '03 kit requires a heat shield and possibly a different midpipe. Don't quote me on that. You're better off calling a knowledgeable vendor or the company itself.

okay, with headers do you see any mpg gains? i ask because the exhaust and intake combos increase mpg and NOBODY has ever commented on that. I 'm pretty knowledgable so i am well aware that decent headers can deliver as much as 35hp and 40tq but what about mpg?

Did u get the kit with the headers, cats and all? or just the header?

Steve Dulcich is one of the best testers out there.
Note that he only found about a 4% hp gain (17 on 376) on full length TTI headers
on an un-muffled 5.7 Hemi on a shaft dyno,
with mufflers it would be at least several horsepower less.
