I'll be more impressed when people start putting DeLorean style doors in trucks...

I think they look good for the style truck you have. Its not like your jacking it up, you plan on lowering it. Definately a nice mod - not for my style truck, but i think it fits yours nice.

Wow, I didn't know anybody actually bought those.

I was looking at them for my pickup. I thought they would be really cool for .............about a week - just to be different.
I found some cheapy kits for as little as $795, most of the better built ones were 17-2100.
I would be afraid of wind whistle.
Also I thought, "what about closing the door?" It looks like you would have to jump up to reach the handle to pull down on them....and I am 6' 4"

well they go for $1300 but me and the car club im in were able to get them for $800 with 10 trucks at the shops door. They have life time warrenty and if i get tired of them i have the original hinges and they will change it back for free.. and yes those are HIDs. this truck hopefully with my hard work will be a show truck in a year. thx for all the comments

I think they are great.

Care to post the name to the company, or website, that makes the hinges you bought?
