Blinker mirrors

I saw an 02-06 Ram the other day and it had LED blinkers in the lens of the side mirrors. Does anyone know if this was a factory option, or just some sort of aftermarket?

Aftermarket...I do not believe that is/was an option...unless it was a Mopar Accessory.
