LOUD powerful and CHEAP hemi exhaust:
my bro went on a hunch with his 2500 5.7-electric cutouts before the muffler! it cost him about $200, there is a seious power increase, i heard him cruising in first and second gears .25 mile away, and when he slams the gas and into higher rpms-i swear (because i know the sound from first hand experience) it sounds close to the viper engine. thought this might help when it comes to anyone looking for a seriously loud, powerful and cheap exhaust.
A V8 can not sound like a V10, no different that my Magna Motorcylce I had a while back could not sound like a Harley (The Magna was a V-4 and not a V-Twin). Personally I like the sound of a V8 over the V10.
Cut outs are a cheap way to pickup HP. Just make sure to have them closed most of the time unless you are looking for a ticket.

The Cut outs are GREAT mods on the HEMI. I have seen more than a few of them and the consensus is that placing them before the cats provides the greatest gains.... I recomend installing extensions AFTER the cut out to help move heat away from it... I have noticed that those who let the exhaust just dump at the cut out have issues with the cut out more often then those who have it extended a foot or two.
Either way, you will be happy with the cut outs... I have one on my 4.7L and it does make a noticable difference... but man it gives me a head ache if I leave it open too long.
SPEED SAFE, AIR RAM
