I see you are new here so [sm=welcomesign.gif] to DF. As far as answering your questions; the most common mods are probably CAI, exhaust and programmer. We also have other with NO2, turbos, headers, 6.1L heads/cams, etc. Since you have a 4x4 you can include lifts, tires, etc.

As far as what is the best, well, that is purely subjective and everyone has his/her own opinion. I suggest you do a search and you'll find hours and days of endless reading on just about any topic.

Also, feel free to post some pics of your truck.

Thanks for the welcome.

I'm just trying to fit 35s on the truck with minimal lift, so that will do it for the suspension.

Is a programmer like a chip? I've tuned European cars, but never American trucks, so I'm clueless.

Does Borla make a header exhaust combo? What's the preferred intake?

Well you can make your Hemi pretty fast for only $1300. Just a CAI, headers, and cut-outs, a superchip and you are a low low 14second truck.

Rock and roll. I'm not really looking for speed since this is a 2500 4x4, but it is nice to be able to merge onto the highway without a problem.

What are good manufacturers for the products you suggested?

The AEM Brute Force air intake is pretty good, headers there are 2 many to choose from they go from $400-$1000, search this site for cut-outs they only costs $200, and for a superchip go to strippermotorsports.com on there its only $310 while at superchip.com its $400. And if you want to be able to hang with stock lightning's get the 6.1L cam.
