Default My Truck Is Going...

Hey guys, I know I havn't been on here in a while. I have decided to get rid of my truck, and replace it with a car, probably something like a new Mustang GT, I just dont need a truck anymore. I wish I could get something D/C, but Dodge has nothing that interests me, the charger is not only plain looking, but it has 2 to many doors for my liking, and I dont think I can wait until the Challenger is released although I will definetly regret it. Its been fun talking here and stuff, and I'll probably still hang around as my dad and girlfriend both still have Ram's.

I've always loved the Mustangs since the late 60s but I think I would rather have a 4-door 400+ hp car than a 300+ hp 2 door, even the Mustang. The Charger SRT8 is one of the hottest American cars out today in my opinion. Price might be higher than a Mustang tho.

Yeah price is MUCH higher. that was also a deciding factor in it. An SRT8 is really expensive compared to the deal Ford has on Mustang's now.

and need be, I could add a supercharger with the difference in price, no problem =P. Another thing is the 4.6 has a HUGE market out there for modifications.

Well good luck with that. My grandfather just bought a white GT with the 18 inch wheels afew months ago. He loves it.

But when the Challenger comes out, it will own every Mustang and Camaro on the road.

Oh man, I definetly agree. The Challenger is going to be one kick-*** car, just probably still out of my price range. and dont be so sure about every Camaro, they might get an LS7

I think the base Challenger will have a hard time with the Mustang GT500, but if they make a SRT and dump in the 6.4+ it may be on.

No way. 6.4L Challenger > Mustang, it will DESTROY Mustangs.. lol but still, I want one just because their cheap, pack a punch and are easily modifiable

The GT500 actually runs slow for 500hp. 12.7 out of a supercharged 5.4?

The 6.1 Challenger will even outrun it I think.

I think the 6.1 will come close but not quite get it. It is odd, MT has the GT500 at 12.7, but a 0-60 at 4.5? Seems a little strange.
