Own a 2005 Ram 1500 XLT Sgl Cab. When I drive the truck there is al ot of side to side movement in the rear more teh normal when gign over small bumps in the road. Truck has 7K miles on it.

The dealer check the tire balance and rear suspension, but tells me that everything is normal, and that it is normal because of a small wheelbase. They also told me that this model truck did not come with a rear sway bar, whatever that is, and to install one for 500 bucks.

Any advise or anybody else witht the same problem?

yeh my quadcab moves side to side in the rear too, after going over train tracks and stuff like that.
