Default Spare tire question

This might be a dumb question, and I think I already know the answer to it I just need some confirmation. I'm about to have to travel a total of 800 miles in the next two days. I JUST TODAY got a flat tire from a board with a nail in it being in the driveway for no apparent reason.[:@][:@] So I changed to the spare. Being my luck, no place was opened today to let my buy a new tire or get the old one fixed since everybody was closed on saturday. Went to walmart and they denied fixing my tire because they said they were backed up on service. I got to leave at 7 in the morning and go to houston, TX. I am wondering if my spare tire will hold out on me? Once again my owner's manual proved useless as it does not tell you, like most do, that the tire can be used to drive on normally, or not. It's the same exact rim and tire size, perimeter, etc. I just want to know if it's safe to drive, after all im going to be on the interstate a lot and I don't have a spare thanks to people being so lazy that they can't be open on saturday. I'd understand sunday but saturday?!?!![:@][:@] Now I'm going to look funny driving down the road with three chrome rims and one black one. People are gonnna think I'm poor or something. I'm known for bling and that just lowers my status....[:@]

The tire should be full size and you will not have any problem. Make sure it has the correct pressure though.

what he said...

also it might be a little out of balance and the truck might vibrate some but it will be at most annoying rather than unsafe.

Yep. Just swap it out and go. It's not like it is a compact spare of something that you might see on a car.

I actually think the Honda Ridgeline comes equipped with a donut spare from the factory, what a joke!
