2005 ram 1500 4x4 tire replacement
I've got a 2005 quad cab 1500 4x4 hemi, which I need new tires for. I plan on buying either BFG ATs or ProComp ATs. Right now, I have 265/70r17s, but want to move up slightly.
Does anyone run 285/70-17s? My biggest concern is having the front tires rub on the controls arms, as there is not much clearance at all (!!!). I'd like to avoid this if possible.
Anyone running 285s? How about 275s? Bigger? I don't think much bigger will fit and/or clear the control arms.
