I know there's a few guys who work at dealerships on here, and also maybe just someone who's asked this to the right person, but why in the hell did Dodge ever think it was an OK idea to tint the back door windows of some Quad Cabs but not the actual back window? How retarded does that look?

 

my back window is tinted.

But if you would have gotten the rear slider - I think that would be tinted.... again, not sure why.

I agree and I'm too cheap to go spend the $80 to get mine tinted. If you disslike the way it looks bad enough maybe you'll cough up the dough.

 

Cost me 195 dollars to get the entire truck limo'd out, and an 8" strip across the windshield.

 

Mine came untinted as well. I didn't have my truck for more than four hours before I headed to the tint shop. Cost me $45 to have it done...well worth it! Yes, it is retarded that DCX left the back window untinted.

 

IIRC, it is the rear window without the defrost that is not tinted. The rear window with the slider or defrost is tinted.

Mine was not tinted and I promptly got the rear and front tinted to match the rear door windows.

 

Never even thought about tint...won't either...who really cares unless you are doing it for a purpose like keeping cold air in and sunlihgt/heat out, if you do it for looks you could have spent the $ a better way...glass was meant to be clear
