Default Ground Force 2/4 drop kit

For those that have installed the Ground Force 2/4 lowering kit. I have a question. How hard was it to install? I have a kit on the way and I don't know exactly what I'm getting in to. Is this something I can do in my garage or do I need to get it professionally installed?

I'm dropping it because I like the look of droppped. I didn't buy the 4x4 for off-roading and honestly I don't like the jacked-to-the-sky look . I got it for winter driving and the dealer had a hell of a deal I couldn't pass up.

...it shouldn't be that hard at all...I did a flip on mine and i think that should be harder, you're just replacing the spring...

...it would be advantageous to have a 2nd pair of hands, but not necessary (I did mine by myself)... how are you bringin the front down? spindle? A-arm? coil?....just make sure you have at least a 4 lb hammer available too...took me 2 hours to do one front wheel, but once i got the 4 lb hammer, 10 minutes for the second wheel...

Actually, the kit I bought says for the front is torsion keys and replacement shocks.
