Default Paint Problem

Does anyone know if wet leaves will hurt paint? I have the outline of a leaf on the hood of my '04 Ram and nothing I tried will take it out. I just find it hard to believe a leaf could damage the paint.

you should be able to buff it out. Start with clay then get more aggressive if that doesn't work. Clay, then rubbing compound and if that doesn't get it then you'll need to machine buff.

Yes, the tannic acid in the leaves can mark paint. I am a believer in Meguiar's Scratch-X. If I can't get it out with that, I can't get it out without professional help.
